NDIS Fees for Psychologists

Psychological services can be funded if the following Capacity Building Supports are included on your NDIS Plan: 

• Improved Daily Living (CB Daily Living)

We bill for our services at the rates outlined in the NDIS Price Guide. The fees for your services will depend on the Capacity Building Support category being used. The hourly rates are: 

• $214.41 per hour - 15_054_0128_1_3 Individual Assessment, Therapy And/Or Training (Includes Assistive Technology) - Improved Daily Living (CB Daily Living)

• $214.41 per hour - 15_001_0118_1_3 Capacity Building Supports For Early Childhood - Improved Daily Living (CB Daily Living)

Below is a list of our services with there corresponding billable hours. The total cost for these services is determined by multiplying the total billable hours by the appropriate hourly rate above.

CONSULTATIONS

Psychological consultations are billed by the hour. NDIS funding allows clients to have sessions longer than 1 hour per day.

REPORTS

Summary report (1-3 pages long): 2 - 4 Hrs

Comprehensive Psychological Report: 4 - 7 Hrs

Letters and Forms: Billed by the hour. A quote will be given upon request.

ASSESSMENTS

Cognitive Assessment including report: 11 Hrs

Diagnostic Assessment (DSM V) including report: 11 Hrs

Functional Assessment including report: 11 Hrs
